  • We give you the opportunity to look for homes on the internet from multiple sources with up to date and accurate data. (Zillow does not have accurate data - it is out of date)
  • We can set you up to receive custom alerts when homes are first listed and when the price is reduced
  • We can send you lists of homes that match your criteria
• When your ready to buy:
  • We have a Team of Agents available to show you homes 7-days a week.
  • When you are ready to make an offer, I will personally submit the offer and negotiate to get you the best deal.
  • After your offer is accepted, we will coordinate with all parties to make sure inspections and paperwork is submitted within the proper time frame.
  • When issues arise that stand in the way of a successful closing we will negotiate and follow up with all parties to protect your best interest.
